Investigating the interactivity in Interactive Whiteboards This presentation reports on the initial stages of a study by Ibrahim Latheef who uses a Cultural-Historical Activity Theory to shed light on the effective use of IWBs in classrooms.
Exploring pedagogy in Second Life This presentation by Scott Grant explored a variety of teaching strategies used in Second Life and challenges us to consider the affordances of such technology in supporting learning.
A discussion about theoretical frameworks in ICT research This session, led by Dr Bernard Holkner, will invite participants to share their thoughts about the different kinds of theoretical frameworks which can be applied to a variety of research topics.
